“Use Secrets to customize OS X” is an overview of Secrets, a Mac utility from the makers of Quicksilver.

Secrets will add a new preference pane to your OS X system preferences. Through this new pref pane, you will have quick access to many configuration settings for both the OS X system and various applications that you have installed.
